The most stressful part of Hï Ibiza isn't the crowd

JAMES HYPE
James Hype — The most stressful part of Hï Ibiza isn't the crowd
The most stressful part of Hï Ibiza isn't the crowd. It's knowing what that night might mean to someone.

That's why I can't just turn up and hope I feel ready.

I train because doing hard things gets my head right. I run because it clears the noise and the self-doubt.

I work on the music and the set because when I stand on that stage, I need to know I've done everything I can.

Someone in that room has worked two jobs, saved their money, travelled thousands of miles, and waited all year for that night.

So I'm going to do everything I can to give them the best night ever.

What this actually means

the pressure isn't the audience — it's the responsibility to the one person who sacrificed to be in that room. let that raise your standard, not your nerves.

What to do today

Reading about it doesn't make you better. These do.
