Spend money where it matters.
Early in my career I was making about £600 a gig. And I still spent about £750 on a proper photographer when cheaper options were right there.
People thought I was mad. I wasn't. I was investing in how I looked to the people who book you and the people who decide whether to listen.
Brand photos elevate those decisions. When someone is scrolling a lineup or a profile, that image is doing work before a single track plays.
You have to spend money to make money. Even when it hurts.
Don't fear the spend that makes you look like the artist you want to become.
